Guest artist Louis-Phillipe Marsolais will perform on horn under conductor Michael Newnham. The repertoire will include: Mercure – Kaleidoscope, Vaughan Williams-Symphony No.2' London', and R. Strauss Horn Concerto No.1.

The MUSE Fine Film Series presents “The Band's Visit” at 4 p.m. at Galaxy Cinemas (320 Water St., Peterborough). The Band's Visit tells the tale of a uniformed Egyptian police band that gets lost in rural Israel, leading viewers through an inspiring story of cross-cultural reconciliation. Tickets will be available at the cinema one hour prior to show time for $10.

The Cooked and Eaten is a reading series based in Peterborough, Ontario that promotes new and adventurous authors to an engaged and informal audience. Writers of fiction and poetry as well as acoustic musicians, lecturers, performance artists, and other aficionados of the written word are presented.

We will still have the gallery, media center, rehearsal space and other activities. Why the move? By reducing our floor space, we are saving significant rent money that can be invested in our programs and services.
