The PAU is extending an urgent call for board members. We are in need of new board members with energy, ideas and a passion for the arts. Our board is made up of artists and community members who are dedicated to supporting the arts in Peterborough through PAU programming. It's an exciting time to get involved and we welcome anyone with a desire to participate. This is a hands-on board that meets monthly and requires a time commitment of about six hours per month for a two-year term. Business and fundraising experience are assets, as well as interest and involvement in media arts, but all potential board members are welcome. Being part of the PAU board allows you to meet new people, see your ideas in action, and looks great on a resume! If you know of anyone who might be interested, please forward this message.
Anyone interested in joining the board is invited to attend an introductory board orientation meeting for new members only on Monday, March 9 at 7pm at the PAU. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how our board functions, get involved and meet new people.
